Elena del Hoyo

As Global Networks Associate, Elena supports logistical coordination (including for regional meetings and the Project Support Fund) for the work of the Global Networks Program. She recently earned her M.A in International Cultural Heritage Management from Durham University and her M.A in International Affairs from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Her research is focused on dissonant heritage, the ethics of commemoration, cultural heritage and armed conflict, and post-conflict transformation. Elena has previously worked in research, impact analysis museography, and event management in Spain and the UK. She also holds a BA in Art History from the University of Barcelona.
