Mish’al Association for the Children of the Disappeared in Algeria

Working on forced disappearances in Algeria for many years, the main aim of the Mish’al Association for the Children of the Disappeared in Algeria (the Torch) is to preserve the memory of victims and their families, as well as maintain the struggle for truth and justice in Algeria. The organization is documenting forced disappearances in order to create a ‘Museum of the Disappeared,’ and to give financial and judicial assistance to families of the victims.
